CSCC Welcomes SWAP Students from New Mexico

August 17, 2018 — Cleveland State Community College recently welcomed students from New Mexico as part of the Student Wildlands Adventure Program (SWAP). The SWAP program is a student exchange program that allows students to gain experience in other parts of the country at little or no expense to them. CSCC One of Four Community Colleges to Receive Middle College Mechatronics Grant

August 15, 2018 — Cleveland State Community College was one of four Tennessee community colleges that received a $250,000 state grant to expand its Middle College Mechatronics Program. The grant was recently funded by a $1 million appropriation in the 2018-2019 state budget proposed by Gov. Bill Haslam and approved by the Tennessee General Assembly. Vital Receives TBR Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Philanthropy

August 15, 2018 — Tennessee Board of Regents and Cleveland State Community College hosted a ceremony on Thursday honoring Greg A. Vital with the TBR Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Philanthropy for his generous donations and his outstanding efforts to support Cleveland State programs. CSCC to Host Site Review by the ACEN

CSCC to Offer Adult Technology Support Sessions

August 12, 2018 — Cleveland State Community College will be offering an Adult Learner Open House on Thursday, August 9 from 4-6 p.m. in the George L. Mathis Student Center. The open house will give adult learners the opportunity to meet some of the staff from the Student Services department on campus as well as other departments.
