Growing Our Future

January 19, 2017 — Some important announcements were made at Cleveland State Community College on Thursday. In the college’s “Growing Our Future” press conference held in the L. Quentin Lane Gymnasium, Dr. Bill Seymour and other representatives from CSCC shared plans for new athletic sports programs, enhanced academic programs and a significant financial contribution which will result in the first named academic program at the college. CSCC’S Broling Chosen as the 2016 Coca-Cola Leader of Promise Scholar

November 02, 2016 — Cleveland State Student Mikaela Broling has been selected as a 2016 Coca-Cola Leader of Promise Scholar. Broling is one of 200 scholars to receive a scholarship in the amount of $1000. This scholarship is designed to provide new Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) members with financial resources to help defray educational expenses while enrolled in a two-year college while also encouraging participation in Society programs. Cleveland State is Not Just a Job for Cigliano

October 10, 2016 — For Basketball Coach Lee Cigliano, Cleveland State Community College is not only his job, it’s home. Cigliano was raised at CSCC. Father Jim Cigliano was the third employee hired at CSCC and worked there for almost 40 years before retiring from the college in 2005, so Lee has been around the college his whole life.
