August 13, 2019 — Cleveland State received results from the most recent Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE).  This is a nationally normed survey utilized by hundreds of community colleges across the United States and its parent organization – the Center for Community College Student Engagement – is considered a leading authority on matters leading to student success. CSCC EMT Professor and Other Alumni Honored at Cleveland 100

October 15, 2018 — Cleveland State Community College has a lot of brag about after the 2018 Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet of the Cleveland 100, held on the CSCC campus. Shane Ware, Assistant Professor of CSCC’s EMT program and four other CSCC alumni were honored at the banquet for their heroism in saving a baby’s life. Simpson Recommends CSCC To Every Vet He Knows

December 01, 2017 — Antonio Simpson recommends CSCC to every veteran he knows in Bradley County because of his experience while enrolled there. The Army vet graduated from CSCC in December of 2012 with his Associate Degree in Social Work before transferring to Southern Adventist University where he completed his Bachelor degree, also in Social Work. Cleveland State Led Morrow Down a Different Path

November 06, 2017 — When the recession hit in the late 2000’s, McMinn County native Eric Morrow was working for DENSO Manufacturing when they offered him a buy-out. That buy-out allowed Morrow the opportunity to go back to school, so he jumped at the chance and three degrees later, he is not looking back.
