Greetings to all Student Athletes, Coaches, Fans and Visitors:

We extend a sincere welcome to you on behalf of the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association and the National Junior College Athletic Association Region VII Basketball Tournament for men and women. The TCCAA/NJCAA represent many talented and committed individuals who give their best to attain high levels of performance. We are confident that during the tournament you will see some of the best basketball games in the Southeast.

Athletics are a vibrant and integral part of activities associated with the Tennessee Community College system. As we strive to be the best, we strongly encourage players, fans and visitors to exhibit great sportsmanship during the tournament. May good attitudes, perseverance and fairness be exhibited as we watch our student athletes in action.

Please express your appreciation to Dr. Bill Seymour, President of Cleveland State Community College; Mike Policastro, Athletic Director at Cleveland State Community College; other Cleveland State employees; and officials of the City of Cleveland and Bradley County, and thank them for their efforts to make this tournament the very best.
