November 27, 2023 — A medical office technology major, Larose Elve is already a licensed Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) and works in home healthcare. She recently started her work-based learning internship at Kaful Family Practice in Cleveland. The work-based learning program gives students the opportunity for hands-on training in their career field, all while earning college credit. Chad Laxton – Welding Instructor in Blue Pants

September 29, 2023 — Chad Laxton grew up in Tuscumbia, Alabama, but the Ocoee River and wrestling brought him to Bradley County. In 2002, he became a history teacher and wrestling coach at Bradley Central High School (BCHS). Now, he combines his teaching and coaching experience as the welding instructor at Cleveland State. Hill Sisters in Early Childhood Education at MHEC

September 12, 2023 — Cleveland State freshmen, Mackenzie and Morgan Hill, are one of four sets of twins taking classes at the McMinn Higher Education Center (MHEC) in Athens. Graduating from McMinn County High School in May, the sisters earned 15 credits with dual enrollment classes before starting Cleveland State.
