New Director of Human Resources at Cleveland State Community College

June 14, 2021 — Cleveland State Community College recently welcomed a new Director of Human Resources. Kellie Frank started her position at the college in May after the former Director of Human Resources, Joan Bates, retired after 41 years. Grand Opening for CSCC's Athens Location - The McMinn Higher Education Center

June 14, 2021 — Cleveland State Community College is celebrating its grand opening of the McMinn Higher Education Center (MHEC) located at 2345 Denso Drive in Athens. This center will be a location for students in McMinn County to complete their degrees without traveling to the Cleveland campus. This is the second new building to be dedicated for Cleveland State in the last three months after 46 years. CSCC’s Advanced Technologies Institute Program’s Signing Day

June 10, 2021 — Cleveland State Community College is giving students the opportunity to get a head start by working in their career through the Advanced Technologies Institute (ATI). Dr. John Squires Chosen as Executive Director for Advancement and Planning at CSCC

June 09, 2021 — A long-time faculty member of Cleveland State Community College who recently returned as the Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness is now expanding his role. No Mask Requirement for the Fully Vaccinated at CSCC

May 25, 2021 — As people across the country continue to combat COVID-19 with vaccinations, policies and regulations are becoming less stringent. On May 14, the Tennessee Board of Regents followed the guidance released from the CDC that fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear masks on campus.
