FYS Students Use Service-Learning Project to Make a Difference

April 23, 2019 — Dual enrollment students in Cleveland State Community College’s First Year Seminar (FYS) class at Cleveland High School are making a difference in their classmates’ lives through their service-learning project. The students decided to raise money to help their special needs classmates attend the Cleveland High School Prom on May 4 at the Museum Center at 5ive Points. Puryear to Address Graduates at CSCC’s Spring Commencement Ceremony

April 16, 2019 — Cleveland State Community College will hold its annual spring Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 4 at 10 a.m. in the L. Quentin Lane Gymnasium. Dr. Carol G. Bradley Central and Walker Valley High Schools Pass Level 1 SMSCP Certifications

April 16, 2019 — Cleveland State Community College recently held a ceremony for students from Bradley Central and Walker Valley High Schools who successfully passed the Siemens Mechatronics Systems Certification Program (SMSCP) Level 1 certification. Students take the first four of ten mechatronics courses in the first semester to be prepared for the Level 1 certification. Cleveland State’s Advanced Technologies department is a partner school with the SMSCP, a globally recognized technology leader in mechatronic engineering.
